Scheduling Agent (FT)

• You will be working alongside other agents in the call center to provide excellent customer service to our diverse patients and customers while handling their requests accurately and efficiently. 
• Responsibilities include, answering multiline telephones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and obtaining patient eligibility and benefits. 

• Qualified applicants are reliable, organized, detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. 
• HS Diploma/GED required. 
• Prior experience in medical office and/or call center desirable. 
• Bilingual Spanish/English is required. 
• Pre-Employment drug screen required.
