Job Description:
- Schedules patient visits for all clinician discipline.
- Review and distribute incoming faxes to appropriate personnel.
- Manage office supplies, and equipment needs.
- Obtain and distribute mail to appropriate departments.
- Screens incoming telephone calls and assists patients and associates with care needs.
- Provide clerical support to other departments as needed.
