Job description

We Are Hiring:
  • Department: Nurse Staffing Department
  • Schedule: FT, 36hrs per week, Nights, 6:30pm-7am
  • Hospital: Ascension St. Johns Medical Center
  • Location: Tulsa, OK
What You Will Do:
Review and assist with daily Clinical Staffing to ensure adequate staffing.
  • Assist with maintaining scheduling system and/or manual records of staffing assignments and changes.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical unit leadership to facilitate staffing changes to minimize negative financial impact.
  • Assist with data collection for reporting on financial indicators and staffing related data.
  • Serve as a resource to staff for questions related to clinical schedules.
  • May maintain files for the Staffing office (reports, staffing sheets, agency bookings, agency staff credentials) and input data into electronic scheduling system of agency credentials.
What You Will Need:
Education:
  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences:
  • Scheduling experience a plus
  • Experience with Google Spreadsheeets a plus
