CSEngineering is looking to add Schedule Integrators (Senior through SME level) to our growing team! The positions will support the US Space Force, Space Systems Command in designing and implementing systems to meet cybersecurity policy and regulations. Use scheduling software to develop detailed project schedules, identifying milestones and goals to provide detailed Technology Integration Assessments and Impact Analyses, including cost and schedule impacts for the SSC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Senior:

1. Understanding and hands-on experience building schedules.
2. Significant program experience to interpret and work milestone planning, including showing major tasks, milestones, and deliverables, including planned and actual start and completion dates for each.
3. Leads the program solution to achieve contract objectives, in coordination with the Program Manager, and in support of DoD and FEDSIM program objectives.
4. Defines parameters to bound, manage, and execute the solution's scope and schedule.
5. Manages capacity planning and reporting by developing a schedule that prioritizes testing tasks and testing resources on critical SSC priorities.
6. Provides feedback to inform decision making on the Master Test Strategy to track and report information such as test capacity, queues, priorities, completion status, performance statistics, and schedules.

• SME:

1. Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project scheduling staff in developing the project schedule.
2. Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improving and maintaining the schedule, including addressing client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.
3. Sufficient hands-on program experience interpreting milestone planning, including showing major tasks, milestones, and deliverables, including planned and actual start and completion dates for each.
4. Guides senior level Schedulers in managing and executing the solution's scope and schedule, prioritizing testing tasks and testing resources on critical SSC priorities.
5. Provide feedback to inform decision making on the Master Test Strategy to track and report information such as test capacity, queues, priorities, completion status, performance statistics, and schedules.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Security Clearance: Current Top Secret or TS/SCI or TS/SCI eligible

• 10+ years (Senior) or 15+ years (SME) of Scheduling experience, preferably with space systems, including developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs) complete with milestones, tasks, and subtasks, deliverables, as well as planned and actual start and completion dates.
• Master's degree in Project Management, Master of Science in Systems Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Concentration in Project Management or related field.

Preferred Certifications and Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
• Specialized experience, training, or certifications with Scheduling Software (i.e., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello, Asana).
