CSEngineering is looking to add Schedule Integrators (Junior through Journeyman level) to our growing team! The positions will support the US Space Force, Space Systems Command in designing and implementing systems to meet cybersecurity policy and regulations. Use scheduling software to develop detailed project schedules, identifying milestones and goals to provide detailed Technology Integration Assessments and Impact Analyses, including cost and schedule impacts for the SSC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Junior:

1. Supports the development and management of project schedules, focusing on testing tasks and resources.
2. Assists with developing, maintaining, and optimizing project schedules.
3. Creates schedules for projects/programs, including outlining major tasks, milestones, and deliverables and incorporating planned and actual start and completion dates for each activity.
4. Supports the Sr. Schedule Integrator and defines parameters to bound, manage, and execute the solution's scope and schedule, setting boundaries, managing changes, and ensuring that the project stays on track with its timelines.
5. Contributes to the Master Test Strategy and offers insights on parameters such as test capacity, queues, priorities, completion status, performance statistics, and schedules.
6. Tracks and reports information related to testing and project schedules, including producing regular reports on the progress of testing tasks, resource allocation, and overall project status.

• Journeyman:

1. Builds schedules and interprets work milestone planning, including showing major tasks, milestones, and deliverables (planned and actual start and completion dates for each).
2. Supports and leads aspects of the program solution to achieve contract objectives, in coordination with the Program Manager, and in support of DoD and FEDSIM program objective.
3. Define parameters to bound, manage, and execute the solution's scope and schedule.
4. Supports capacity planning and reporting by developing a schedule that prioritizes testing tasks and testing resources on critical SSC priorities.
5. Provides feedback to inform decision-making on the Master Test Strategy to track and report information such as test capacity, queues, priorities, completion status, performance statistics, and schedules.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Security Clearance: Current Top Secret or TS/SCI or TS/SCI eligible

• 3-5 years (Junior) or 5-10 years (Journeyman) of Scheduling experience, preferably with space systems, including developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs) complete with milestones, tasks, and subtasks, deliverables, as well as planned and actual start and completion dates.
• Understanding and hands-on experience interpreting work milestone planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a Concentration in Project Management, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications and Qualifications:

• Junior:

1. Specialized experience, training, or certifications with Scheduling Software (i.e., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello, Asana)
2. Earned Value Management (EVM) experience is a plus.

• Journeyman:

1. Master degree in Project Management, Master of Science in Systems Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Concentration in Project Management or related field is a plus
2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
3. Specialized experience, training or certifications with Scheduling Software (i.e., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello, Asana).
