Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Schedule Analyst to support the US Space Force, Space Systems Command, Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Directorate (SSC/CG) with a broad range of financial management capabilities to execute effective and responsive integrated program management of space-related research, development, production, and lifecycle acquisition activities.
As a Schedule Analyst you will assist the Government in monitoring and assessing the risk of and improving program schedules.
Additionally, the Directorate is responsible for effective administration, management, and execution of resources for all programs within its portfolio providing effective planning, programing, budgeting and execution. The goal of this effort is to support financial management requirements and justification activities.

Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Review and assess official program documents such as Acquisition Strategy Plans, Requests for Proposal, Statements of Work, Contract Data Requirements Lists, Policies, Department of Defense/Air Force/Center guidance/instruction, Integrated Master Plans, and Program Contractor Proposals for solicitations for compliance and consistency with schedule standards and best practices.
- Support Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) to provide insight into Program Contractor schedule performance issues utilizing Government accepted best practices and guidelines.
- Assist in contractor compliance analysis to reconcile, identify discrepancies, recommend corrective action, track findings, and advise the Government on resolution
- Analyze and document Program Contractor Contract Performance Reports, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Integrated Program Management Reports, Contract Funds Status Reports (CFSR), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and other applicable technical data packages for compliance
- Perform Integrated Master Schedule reconciliation to ensure activities are traceable to Integrated Master Plan events
- Collect, organize, import, and record Program Contractor schedule, and risk deliverables in Government acceptable repositories/software and perform comprehensive detailed analysis to include but is not limited to data integrity assessment,Performance Measurement Baseline maintenance, variance analysis, performance trend analysis, generate schedule health metrics in accordance with Government acceptable format, best practices, and guidelines
- Schedule performance analysis shall include but is not limited to the Defense Contract Management Agency 14-point assessment, evaluation of changes between various periods of schedule submissions (i.e. baseline changes, forecast movement, added/removed tasks), and identify and analyze the critical and near critical path for proper network logic and relationships.
- Develop, analyze, document, and present an independent Schedule Risk Assessment in accordance with Government acceptable format, best practices and guidelines
- Verify the integrity of the Program Contractor's schedule and critical path network
- Schedule Risk Assessment shall include but is not limited to:
- Detailed summary of the assumptions used in the simulation
- chosen methodology
- three-point estimates
- sensitivity analysis
- schedule drivers,
- S-Curve showing the projected milestone date(s) at different confidence levels
- Participate in baseline assessments and coordinate with the Government in working Shoulder-to-Shoulder with the Program
Contractor to establish a realistic and executable performance baseline for the remaining scope on contract - Identify potential contract/program risks and impacts to the technical, schedule, and cost performance
- Institute quality control measures, report results, and conduct process improvement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain an active Secret clearance
Education: High school diploma
Years' experience: 8 or more years of relevant experience, including 2-5 years of combined industry and federal government experience (such as DoD/NASA/NRO employee or SETA/FFRDC supporting federal government acquisition) in space acquisition OR,
- Associates's degree with 6 or more years of combined industry and federal government experience (such as DoD/NASA/NRO employee or SETA/FFRDC supporting federal government acquisition) in space acquisition OR,
- Bachelor's degree with 2 or more years of combined industry and federal government experience (such as DoD/NASA/NRO employee or SETA/FFRDC supporting federal government acquisition) in space acquisition
Preferred Requirements:
Additional experience: Desired tools experience to include 3 years proficiency with cost models (For example; ACEIT, USCM, SEER, MS Office, PRICE & SMC/Industry standard models).

Location: This is a full time position, located in El Segundo, CA at Los Angeles Air Force Base (LAAFB)
Travel: Travel may be required up to 10%
Onsite: This position is onsite, unless directed otherwise and/or coordinated with the government customer.
