Sccm Engineer

Pueo has an opportunity for an experienced TS/SCI cleared SCCM Engineer to join our team in Lorton, VA. We are seeking an experienced Multi-Enclave SCCM Engineer with a focus on Distribution Point Management. The Multi-Enclave SCCM Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing our multi-enclave SCCM infrastructure, while also overseeing distribution point strategies. This role demands a deep understanding of SCCM in multi-environment scenarios, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Responsibilities:

• Multi-Enclave SCCM Infrastructure:
  • Architect, deploy, and manage multi-enclave SCCM infrastructure to facilitate software deployment, patch management, and configuration management across distinct environments.
  • Develop strategies to ensure secure and isolated management of enclaves, maintaining data integrity and compliance.
• Distribution Point Management:
  • Design and implement distribution point placement strategies that optimize content delivery across enclaves and locations.
  • Monitor distribution point health, performance, and scalability to ensure efficient content distribution.
• Enclave-Specific Software Deployment and Patch Management:
  • Coordinate and execute software deployment and patch management tailored to the needs of individual enclaves.
  • Establish standardized processes for software distribution and patching within various enclaves while considering their unique requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience),
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience,
• Proven experience as an SCCM Engineer or similar role in an enterprise environment,
• In-depth knowledge of SCCM infrastructure setup, configuration, and administration,
• Proficiency in managing SCCM security and isolation measures to maintain data segregation and compliance across enclaves,
• Strong expertise in software deployment, patch management, and configuration management using SCCM,
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation,
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Active Directory,
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities,
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) are a plus,
• Experience in designing and managing SCCM infrastructures for multi-enclave environments,
• Familiarity with network segmentation, security zoning, and best practices for multi-enclave architecture. - Ability to customize SCCM processes, configurations, and automation for various enclave-specific requirements. - Strong understanding of data privacy and regulatory considerations when managing multiple enclaves. - Extensive experience in designing and managing SCCM infrastructures for multi-enclave environments.
