Job Description
- Manages and oversees operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of properties.
- Plans, schedules, and coordinates general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects.
- Oversees the collection of rent, payment of expenses, compliance with lease terms and preparation of all required legal notices. Recommend and coordinate legal action as necessary.
- Perform regular inspections of the property. Recommend and direct alterations, maintenance and reconditioning of the property as required.
- Acts as a liaison between on-site managers or tenants and owners.
- Meets with prospective tenants to show properties, explain terms of occupancy, and provide additional information.
- Develop and manage the property-marketing plan including but not limited to tenant relations and advertising to maintain building occupancy.
- Prepares detailed budgets and financial reports for properties.
- Maintains records of sales, rental or usage activity, special permits issued, maintenance and operating costs, or property availability.
- Directs and coordinates the activities of staff and contract personnel and evaluates their performance.
- Meets with clients to negotiate management and service contracts, determines priorities, and discusses the financial and operational status of properties.
- Prepares and administers contracts for the provision of property services.
- Investigates complaints, disturbances and violations and resolves problems following management rules and regulations.
- Confers regularly with community association members to ensure their needs are being met.
- Conduct and maintain positive relationships with industry, government and vendor representatives as necessary in the successful management of the property.

- Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years of related experience.
- Supervisory: 1 year (Preferred).
- Pennsylvania Real Estate License (Required)
- Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret business documents and contracts.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret lease and other real estate documents.
- Ability to forecast and prepare budgets.
- Ability to respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints from clients, tenants, vendors and management.
- Ability to make effective presentations to a client, prospective client, or internal staff.
- Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to manage the design, construction, and other professionals on tenant improvement and capital projects.
