Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Scanning Clerk position.
Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract
Start Date: Within one week.
Location: Belmont, NC. Onsite / In-Office - Please make sure driving to Belmont works for you prior to applying.
Pay: $ 15.00
Length: Three Months
Hours: Either 8am to 5pm OR 9am to 6pm. Please let us know which works best for you.
SPECIAL NOTE: Many TAG clients require proof of COVID-19 vaccination at time of hire due to company policies or certain regulatory requirements. As such, TAG may require you to report your COVID-19 vaccination status unless prohibited by a state law. The Company will consider requests for exemption based on medical/disability or religious reasons, or additional reasons (if permitted by state law). If you are a resident of a state that has passed a law prohibiting employers from requiring proof of vaccination, you do not have to report your vaccination status at this time, but you may not be able to be placed at federal contractor worksites in the future or with certain healthcare clients if you choose not to provide your status.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour

- Organizing documents in hard copy and prepare them for scanning.
- Scanning documents into client's database.
- Confirming the scan completed accurately.
- Moving the digital version into the correct folders.
Qualifications for thisScanning Clerk role:
- Review the "special note" above.
- Completed High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be comfortable and knowledgeable using computers.
- Previous experience utilizing a copier.
- Able to read instructions accurately.
- Must be able to work full shifts.
- Must have excellent attendance.
