Job Summary:
Assists walk in customers and direct incoming calls sorts/distributes paperwork. Process tickets for hauler’s as well as keep hauler information updated. Enters plant data into spreadsheets and keeps MSHA files updated.
Essential Functions:
· Operate 10-key calculators, computers, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents.
· Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
· Answer and greet customers.
· Sorts and distributes paperwork/invoices.
· Tickets Haul drivers.
· Scan and file all documents.
· Maintain truck files.
· Files MSHA documents
· Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

· Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· High school or equivalent
· Working knowledge of Word, Excel.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
