COMPENSATION
Hourly Rate: $18-20
Summary
This is a technical position involving office administration and schedule management. Answer customer calls; input customer orders and update Sales Team delivery schedules as needed. Employee will coordinate with other staff to maintain proper staffing levels daily, hours work enters for onsite personnel and other clerical needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Input weights and print tickets for Aggregate sales.
- Operate aggregate scale interface and create customer sales tickets
- Daily reconciliation of sales tickets, pricing and taxation. Preparation of invoice files for Accounts Payable.
- Can operate safely and efficiently in office environment.
- Must follow verbal and written instruction.
- Must be able to communicate effectively on telephone and radio systems.
- Other duties as assigned. Including traveling to delivery parts or samples if scaling operations are not needed.

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required;
Language Skills
- Ability to professionally manage incoming calls and respond to customer requests utilizing mutli-line phone system.
- Ability to communicate using two-way radios.
- Ability to communicate in a congested environment and hold conversations in an inside environment with background noises.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written and oral instructions.
- Ability to operate basic computer programs and adapt to industry specific computer programs.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations including volume, mass & tax application.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Must possess a valid State Driver's License.

Employee must attend work daily for shifts and durations up to ten hours. This position requires long durations of sitting, answering phones & technical reading, while inputting orders.
