Scada System Administrator - Phoenix, Arizona

Edgewater Federal Solutions is actively seeking an accomplished professional to take on the role of SCADA System Administrator in Phoenix, Arizona. This role requires a candidate who can adeptly navigate the complexities of system administration with a focus on Windows 10/Server 2016 and Red Hat Linux 7, orchestrating the seamless integration of diverse operating environments. Proficiency in managing critical hardware components such as Dell-EMC VxRail, Dell-EMC Data Domain, and HPE Proliant Gen 10 Server is fundamental to success in this multifaceted role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer Red Hat Linux 7, Windows 10 / Server 2016, VMWare ESXi 7, and Dell Precision Tower environments.
• Manage hardware components such as Dell-EMC VxRail, Dell-EMC Data Domain, and HPE Proliant Gen 10 Server.
• Apply expertise in SCADA system administration, ensuring the reliability and performance of critical infrastructure.
• Utilize and maintain GE PowerOn Reliance 2017 Enternet Suite for Energy Management System (EMS) Software.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to ensure system availability and reliability.
• Provide technical support to end-users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• In lieu of a degree, additional relevant experience may be applicable. 
• U.S. Citizenship is required per contract t obtain and maintain a Public Trust
• Proven experience as a SCADA System Administrator and System Administrator.
• Strong proficiency in Red Hat Linux 7and Windows 10/Server 2016.
• Administer Red Hat Linux 7, Windows 10 / Server 2016, VMWare ESXi 7, and Dell Precision Tower environments.
• Manage hardware components such as Dell-EMC VxRail, Dell-EMC Data Domain, and HPE Proliant Gen 10 Server.
