- SBU Heads are key contributors to commercial side of Cognizant IT and Consulting Business.
- They act as business owners for our clients accounts and manage PnL of our portfolios.
- This role is a high visibility and challenging opportunity and requires high amount of commitment business acumen leadership qualities and motivated attitude to perform well.
- Achieving the purpose leading to sustained client relationships that deliver market leading growth strong business mix and healthy profitability.

- Optimize practice P&L growth business mix margin and client experience.

- Build and nurture Exec and strategic relationships.
- 3.
- Understand the particular industry domain challenges and issues.
- 4.
- Partner with relevant Line of Service leaders to look for opportunities to improve industry footprint.
- 5.
- Lead and manage the domain practice with multiple accounts in the portfolio.
- 6.
- Support and drive firm wide go to market initiatives as directed.

- Guide teams in building first of the kind solutions.

- Mentor career path for several of the team members to achieve excellence.

- Handle escalations and negotiate with the customer as required.
