Advanced understanding of Inventory Management, SAP Experience/Exposure, E&O Procurement, On time delivery, Stock shortage, Demand Planning, Good understanding of Logistics - Inter, Intra Company Transfer Order, Fulfillment, Storage, Reporting etc., Data Analysis, SAP MM LE WMS.Nice to Have: Data Modeling, Financial Understanding, Ability to forecast Excess, P&L for Finance team.Process Skill: Well Versed with BA tools including SQL, Google Sheets, Advanced Excel, Data Interpretation, Supply chain Application Development - BRD, Product Planning, Stakeholder Engagement, Process Modelling, Change Management, UATSkills & Abilities:Program Management, Excellent Communication Skills, Stakeholder/Vendor Management, Process Improvement, Operations Specialist, Problem Recognition and ResolutionExperience Required 10 + yrsRoles & Responsibilities • Ability to navigate comfortably in an ambiguous area, define the problem, identify root causes, and recommend solutions to management.• Partner with Reverse Supply Chain Operations, Global Logistics Operations and Google Networking Operations to structure key projects to achieve agreed targets and SLOs.• Provide design integrity leadership through the program lifecycle and implement the business / process changes.• Provide thought leadership to identify and implement Supply ChainGeneric Managerial Skills Stakeholder management and Presentation skillsEducation BachelorsSkills : Supply Chain Domain Expert, Inventory Management, Logistics Process expert, ASICS certified, Additional – SAP SCM
