Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AEM solutions
- Work closely with business users and business analysts to understand requirements
- Write clean, maintainable code
- Troubleshoot and debug AEM issues
- Problem solve with team members of other technology stacks
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of AEM development principles and practices
- Working Java experience
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with AEM WCM, AEM Forms, and AEM Workflow is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
System Integration:
- Participate in all the project phases (Planning/Designing, Development/Configuration, System Test, Integration, Functionality Testing and UAT, Deployment, Hypercare/ Post Go-live Support)
- Participate in Requirements Gathering, Application Design and Business Process Design workshop sessions
- Participate in the accurate creation and maintenance of Configuration Workbooks
- Participate in research, feasibility investigation, fit-gap analysis of requirements gathered against the standard-delivered functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors
- Configure and Implement SuccessFactors to meet business requirements
- Perform impact analysis as necessary when implementing features that could affect other SuccessFactors modules
- Conduct module demo/playback sessions to explain the configured functionalities of each iteration
- Accomplish assigned tasks and provide status report to Project Manager, onshore team and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to the Business Users, other client stakeholders, and support teams.
Application Maintenance Support:
- Participate in the Knowledge Transfer (Job Shadowing and Reverse Job Shadowing) sessions during the Transition Phase
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 maintenance support for live SuccessFactors Modules in scope
- Meet the assigned project’s Service Level Agreements
- Utilize the project’s ticketing tools and other delivery assets diligently
- Participate in identifying areas for improvement / best practices
- Participate in the semi-annual SAP SuccessFactors Release Management
- Accomplish assigned tasks and provide status report to Project Manager, onshore team and other stakeholders."
Primary Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of Experience configuring and implementing any SuccessFactors modules (preferably in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central )
- At least a total of 3-5 years of relevant IT or Operations experience preferably in SAP HCM/IT HR/ PeopleSoft HCM
•Experience in all aspects of SuccessFactors HCM implementation including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities
- Experience on working with clients on requirements and business process definition, Software Development/Systems Integration and Application Support
- Ability to document and present solution using various methods (client facing, presentations, and demos)
- Knowledge of HR business process design and development
- Good analytical skills helping our customers to find best solution for their business requirements
- Good interpersonal skills and strong team player with process success in contributing to a team oriented environment and team
- Excellent oral, written communication skills
- Preferred Education background: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant field
Secondary Qualifications
- At least 1-6 months experience in relevant IT and HR operations as a business user, an HR Associate, HRIM, or as a new graduate of an HR-related course
- Preferred Education background: Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, Finance or other related courses to Human Capital Management."
