Job Description:
Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP HANA solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Configure and customize SAP RAR module to support revenue recognition processes in compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS 15 and ASC 606.
• Develop and maintain data models optimized for high-performance analytics and reporting within the SAP HANA environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and deliver successful SAP HANA projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA databases and applications to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to SAP HANA, RAR, and Data Modeling, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HANA, including installation, configuration, and administration.
• Expertise in configuring and customizing SAP RAR module for revenue recognition processes.
• Strong proficiency in Data Modeling concepts and tools, particularly within the SAP HANA environment.
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles and regulations related to revenue recognition (e.g., IFRS 15, ASC 606).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead SAP HANA projects from conception to completion.
• SAP certifications in relevant areas (e.g., SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA Finance) are preferred but not required.
