SAP OTC Training Manager

Purpose of role: Lead and deliver quality SAP training with tailored education and training objectives to the strategic goals of the enterprise.

Main Tasks and Responsibities:

• Planning SAP activities and the -coordination of training activities in the enterprise
• Build a Super User community within the business unit
• Designing an enterprise-specific training curriculum for Customer Master and OTC
• Develop and organize ERP training plans, materials and visual aids
• Delivering training plans with individual contributor development plans
• Identify and record Business Process Procedures in OTC module
• Map security access for SAP roles
• Act as User Acceptance Tester for SAP release testing and system upgrades related to area of responsibility
• Responsible for entering Change Management Requests
• Maintain advanced knowledge about SAP and SAP process workflow
• Manage training delivery - by developing classroom agendas, timeline, and content flow as necessary to deliver effective training to end users
• Provide support and assistance to end-users in resolving SAP related issues and escalations

Education and Skillset:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required, AuD preferred
• SAP certification is a plus[GJ1] [GJ2] , Certification in facilitation, OJT, or training is a plus
• 5+ years’ experience in in preparing Process and Functional Design documents along with strong acumen to understand, translate and map business process in SAP
• Order to Cash is the primary role and experience required, but knowledge and experience in Procure to Pay as well, including EDI is preferred
• 3+ years’ experience planning, designing, and facilitating SAP training programs
• Experience with Sonova products highly preferred,
• Prior experience in the medical device industry or experience in pediatrics, VA and / or Costco highly preferred
• Experienced with B2C & B2B a plus
• Team leadership experience in a clinical or business setting
• Proven ability to solve problems, proactively and independently able to analyze and evaluate situations and recommend courses of action
• Provides information in a useable form and in a timely basis to others who need to act on it
• Strong ability to manage a wide range of tasks in an efficient and organized manner
• Adherence to moral and ethical principles in the conduct of own work and in the relationships with others

• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite) with a strong technical aptitude
• Previous experience with using a multi-phone line system
• Knowledge of hearing aid fitting software and NOAH Application

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
