Job Description:

As the SAP MM Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, enhancement, and support of the SAP Materials Management module. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and efficient utilization of SAP MM functionalities to meet business requirements. The role involves managing end-to-end processes related to procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP MM Implementation and Enhancement:

• Lead the implementation of SAP MM module, including gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and configuring the system.
• Collaborate with other SAP module leads to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as SAP SD, SAP WM, and SAP PP.

Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the materials management processes.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into SAP MM solutions.

Team Leadership:

• Manage a team of SAP MM consultants and analysts.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

End User Training:

• Develop and deliver SAP MM training programs for end users.
• Ensure that end users are proficient in utilizing SAP MM functionalities to perform their tasks.

Support and Maintenance:

• Provide ongoing support for SAP MM system issues, incidents, and change requests.
• Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve technical issues and ensure system stability.

Vendor Management:

• Work closely with SAP consultants and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of SAP MM projects and support services.
• Evaluate and select third-party solutions or tools that complement SAP MM functionalities.
