We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ME/MII Consultant to join our team.
Responsabilities:
- Provide knowledge of manufacturing processes, nomenclature, and tools for discrete industries
- Provide knowledge of solution capabilities and gap analysis of requirements
- Troubleshoot connectivity/ integration issues
- Configure SAP ME API actions in transactions – if applicable
- Log incidents and handle messages with SAP maintenance / support
- Correct coding and configuration defects found in testing
- Document functionalities built / updated
- Update documentation of SAP ME configurations / solution when required
- Be a technical reference for the team and clients.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience with all the responsabilities mentioned above
- Proficient understanding of solution capabilities and experience conducting gap analysis of requirements..
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve connectivity and integration issues..
- Experience configuring SAP ME API actions in transactions is preferred..
- Ability to log incidents and effectively communicate with SAP maintenance/support teams for issue resolution..
- Proven ability to correct coding and configuration defects identified during testing phases..
- Excellent documentation skills with the ability to document functionalities built or updated..
- Experience updating documentation of SAP ME configurations and solutions as required..
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to serve as a technical reference for both internal teams and clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment..
- Knowledge of SAP best practices and industry standards is a plus.
About the position:
- Remote role
- Average of 168 hours per month.
- Independent Contractor
- Work according to EST timezone.
- Candidates must be US citizen or Green Card holder.
