Job Responsibilities:
Serve as SAP SME.
• Serve as Macroview System Administrator/SME
• SAP Material Master Data Maintenance for NA
• Support SAP Vendor Master Data Maintenance for NA
• Lead creation and maintenance of Quality inspection test plans within SAP (This includes Marketing Table, Inspection Plans, COA Profile)
• Load test plans and manufacturing specifications into Macroview
• Serve as NA Lead for all SAP Master Data Set-up, Maintenance and Trouble shooting.
• Serve as primary contact for NA with Master Data COE. Work with the MDM COE to develop, implement, and train business owners in the use of global standard automated workflows to regulate the change, creation, extension, and rationalization process.
• Conduct SAP training/coaching as required.
• Ensure compliance to established governance systems Effectively roll out data governance Polices, Procedures
• Work with Manufacturing and Finance to update BOMs, recipes and Production Versions
• Ensure correct costing prior to release to customer orders
• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of MDM solutions that best meet our business requirements.
• Drive process improvement, excellence, and data quality
• Establish standardized processes and procedures to manage reference data and Master Data
• Work with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality and SCM to implement data strategies, build data flows
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proficient with using SAP
• Buckman Product knowledge
• Data processing, System analysis, Strong Organizational skills
• Data Integration and Data Enrichment
• Deep understanding of data lifecycle (data profiling, data quality, Master Data management.
• Good knowledge of Macroview
• Self-starter
• Strong drive and discipline
• Team Player
Minimum requirement to apply
• Bachelor’s Degree; Focus in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
7-9 years’ experience in a similar role
