Overview
SHIFT: 3- 12 hour days (0600-1800 and 1800-0600) plus a 4 hour day mid-week. Work 2 weekends a month.
Provide coordination and technical support in the area of Manufacturing with an emphasis on consumer requirements, continuous product quality, productivity improvement, product safety and regulatory management. Collects and analyzes data, formulates conclusions and communicates recommendations to influence and support business decisions. This position will be focused on sustaining processing within SAP.
Responsibilities
- Develop action plans with Production, Engineering, and Division Quality Assurance to ensure SAP processes are maintained.
- Lead risk assessment analysis. Manage issues with non-conforming SAP processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and performance.
- Review and release production to Logistics.
- Coordinate internal self-assessments from scheduling through the corrective action process.
- Assist in the preparation for all audits conducted by internal or external personnel. This includes F22K audits, AIB audits, regulatory audits, etc.
- Manage plant trials/protocols for ingredients, processes and materials. Coordinating activities of Manufacturing team and other plant teams, data collection, sampling and shipping requirements
- Conduct training on changes and updates to SAP systems, procedures and testing requirements
- Subject Matter Expert for SAP systems.
- Responsible for documentation control
- Responsible for other duties as assigned by the Plant Leadership
Qualifications
- Experience with SAP.
- Preferred three years of technical skills experience preferred in all areas of Manufacturing.
- Clear understanding manufacturing practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft business software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Statistical Graphing Programs and Outlook
