Summary
Illumina is seeking an expert SAP IBP professional to join the team based out of San Diego. Ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 years of SAP IBP experience with 12 years of overall experience in Supply chain management systems. This role will require working closely with various business & cross functional IT teams.
Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Global Process Leads, Solution Design Leads and Value Stream Leads on issue resolution and process design recommendations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the global customer solutions and GIS team to evaluate support requests.
  • Gather and analyze requirements to determine if the best solution.
  • Provide routine updates to the global team regarding upcoming enhancements, bug fixes, and improvements to the business system to support regulatory audits, efficiency improvements, and additional functionality.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams to develop improved processes and communication in support of business initiatives.
  • Escalate appropriate decisions making requirements or process "choice points" to Global Process Owner and GIS Leads
  • Ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and experiences.
  • Open to new ways of working, adopting industry standards and best practices.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Requirements
  • 12+ years of professional experience in supply chain management systems and processes with at least 6+ year's experience in SAP IBP with minimum 4 end to end implementations.
  • Experience in implementation of Demand Planning, SIOP, Supply Planning & Distribution planning.
  • Familiarity or exposure to SAP applications Response & Supply, production planning/scheduling, GATP will be added advantage.
  • Design, Build and configure SAP IBP applications to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Working on internal projects as team member or Lead to implement new functionalities & improve existing functionalities
  • Should be able to independently work on SAP IBP configuration related activities, integration with other tools and related project deliverables functional requirements, design documents, etc.
  • Experience of SAP ECC master & transaction data needed for Planning.
  • Strong influencing, facilitating and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments.Should be able to drive discussion with the client and conduct workshops.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge and experience in the tools SAP ECC, SAP APO and MS Project, disciplines and processes are nice to have.

The estimated base salary range for the SAP IBP Architect role based in the United States of America is: $138,800 - $208,200. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
