As a GT&ES (Global Technology and Enterprise Solutions)Solutions Delivery Intern, youwill be working closely with the Solution Architect(s), Process analysts, Systems analysts, as well as business and/or process experts to analyze, develop, document and deliver end-to-end processes and system solutions which enable ADM's strategy.

JOB SUMMARY

Job Responsibilities
- Partner with more experienced team members to develop key analyst skillsets
- Help identify business and technical process, process gaps and document them
- Create business process flow diagrams, training documents, and other learning aids
- Provide regular and accurate status updates and other documentation to management for assigned project, support, and enhancement work
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to fully understand how a global ERP implementation project works
STRENGTHS OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Able to complete an internship in the summer (May/June-August 2024)
- Must be geographically flexible to relocate to ADM sites
- Pursuing a four-year degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field with an anticipated graduation between December 2024 and Summer 2026
- SAP Experience Preferred
- Preferred GPA of 2.8 or greater
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Ability to function effectively, both independently and with a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to collaborate within various levels of an organization
- ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
INTERNSHIP DETAILS
- Internships are 10-12 weeks in duration
- Based in Erlanger, KY
- Interns are responsible for transportation to and from work
- Interns who demonstrate high potential and engagement may be offered another internship if still pursuing a degree, or a full-time position after graduation
- ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
