Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Concur Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a certified SAP Concur Invoice Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in accounts payable processes.

Skill / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
• SAP Concur Certified Invoice Subject Matter Expert (Accounts Payable) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in implementing SAP Concur Invoice solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with ERP systems.
• In-depth understanding of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, approval workflows, and vendor management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in SAP Concur Invoice implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solution architecture, and configure Concur Invoice according to business needs.
• Provide expert guidance on accounts payable processes and recommend optimizations to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support end-user adoption of Concur Invoice functionality.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting related to Concur Invoice issues.
