Sanitation Worker

Job Requirements:

• Basic understanding of HACCP Principles for CCP controls
• Clearing work area and putting away materials at the end of shift
• Understanding of appropriate SDS for job-related chemicals
• Knowledge of disassembly and re-assembly of required equipment
• Ability to learn to operate required equipment such as floor scrubber
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more repeatedly
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
• The daily cleaning of all operational equipment areas, parts, and facilities as required
• Appropriate and safe use of cleaning chemicals required for cleaning processes
• Proficient in the use of appropriate safety equipment
• Understanding of appropriate sanitation techniques and processes
• Proficient in written SOP’s for each cleaning process
• Meet required expectations of company sanitation requirements
• Care and maintenance of all sanitation equipment
• Perform and complete all sanitation functions in the time allotted to allow for proper production running
• Responsible for completion of all company documentation including but not limited to Chemical reports, Inventory reports, and injury/illness reports.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 9:30 pm to 4:30 am

Friday 9:30 pm to 6 am

Every other Sunday 12:00 am to 4:30 am
