High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
Experience:
3 months experience preferred
- Assembles trays, serves and delivers food; dispenses beverages and necessary condiments per departmental standards and regulatory agency requirements. Prepares salads, sandwiches, cold plates and other items that require limited food preparation skills.
- Maintains clean and sanitary environment in kitchen per departmental, GBMC, and regulatory agency policies, procedures, and standards.
- Operates, cleans, and unloads dish machine according to policies and procedures. Places in appropriate storage place.
- Washes pots and utensils per departmental, GBMC, and regulatory agency policies, procedures, and standards.
- Adheres to GBMC and department policies for proper hygiene and dress code.
- Performs other tasks designated by Management team.
