Job Description
As a Sanitation Manager (also known as Hygiene Supervisor, Sanitation Leader), you'll oversee the sanitation and pest control programs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal food safety standards. You'll also coach and mentor sanitation staff, validate cleaning practices, and provide insights for improvement. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a sanitation program, leading a sanitation department, supporting food safety policies, and assessing plant sanitary conditions.

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- At least 5 years’ experience in Food Manufacturing in Quality/Sanitation, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
- Knowledge and experience working with HACCP, Sanitation principles, verification and validation methods, and GFSI Auditing platforms such as SQF or BRC.
