Schedule: 5:30PM-4:00AM (Overtime and weekends as required)

Position Summary
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor the sanitarian is responsible for assisting in finishing of production if necessary, returning product to stock if
necessary and the sanitation and post sanitation, equipment and any part of the entire facility as directed by the shift supervisor.
The duties as described must be performed in a safe and efficient manner that will result in a quality product for the customer and
regulations and guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- USDA Inspection experience a plus.
- Practice “Safety First “at all times.
- Follow GMP’s, SSOP’s, Work Procedures Lockout Tagout and “Special Safety Procedures” for (Ladders, Sanitizing Machine, Foamer, High
- Practice good personal hygiene, dress code for production if applicable and the dress code for sanitation to include wearing
- Assist in the completion of production if necessary, following all rules and procedures for machine operation and return product to stock if necessary,
- Perform sanitation duties as set forth in Latitude 36 Foods.
- Follow guidelines as set forth by the Manufacturer for use of cleaning equipment when performing your duties
- Test and record sanitizer strength on the log sheet outside of the room.
- Report any mechanical problems to the supervisor.
- Perform the post sanitation inspection and reports. If more cleaning is necessary, ensure that the equipment you are re-cleaning will pass the next
- Ensure Tray and Bagger machines pre-wash checklist is complete before using water on the machines.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Good Verbal Communication Skills.
- Ability to read and write English and perform basic math functions.
- Ability to understand work processes, methods and use of equipment.
