Responsibilities:
- Prepare sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
- Maintain inventory of sandwich ingredients and notify management when supplies are running low
- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils regularly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service
Skills:
- Strong food preparation skills with knowledge of different sandwich recipes and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet customer demands
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating order totals
- Familiarity with retail math for inventory management and tracking sales
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
