POSITION DESCRIPTION: Premium is seeking an Samsung On Command Adviser (Online Brand Ambassador) to join our sales team in support of one of the world's largest consumer electronics manufacturers. This role focuses on driving positive Retail Sales Person chat results and brand recommendation rates. This is a dedicated online chat role.
You will be required a distraction free zone as you will be need to speak, call and video chat. The ideal Online Ambassador must have a passion for training, selling, influencing retail sales associates, driving loyalty among retail sales associates, and owning national results. Specifically, the Online Ambassador will be responsible for: Become A Product Expert on the client's exciting line of Appliance products Remain Knowledgeable on client products through successful completion and competency assessment of internal or external training programs Manage A Chat through a 3rd party website for Retail Sales Persons to ask product questions and inventory inquires Identify Feedback type, assess impact, and prioritize action Improve end-user retail sales persons experience of client's products Provide Direct Responses to end-user retail sales person feedback using client's platform or directly on retailer vendor portals Where appropriate, Decide Escalation hand-off path within the client's structure Establish And Maintain Strong Working Relationship with the client's product training Convey Feedback on products, service, and purchasing experience to the Lead in charge of the program Implement usage of ad hoc tools that provide summary data for clients, team members, and management MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Undergraduate degree preferred with an emphasis in Business or Marketing desired Minimum 1 year experience or expertise is virtual assistance and/or virtual chat tools Minimum 2 years' experience in retail, retail operations, retail distribution, merchandising, sales, marketing and service organizations required Excellent communication skills required Requires a flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays Exceptional skills in customer service, time management, self-confidence, flexibility, analysis, accountability, practicality, presentation, and communication in assigned region Strong presentation skills with small to medium-sized groups Significant understanding of remote business tools such as smart phones, tablets, and/or laptop use, including trouble-shooting issues with connectivity Valid driver's license in state of residence
