About the Role

The Sample Coordinator plays an important role in our creative and go-to-market processes. You will help bring our brand to life by owning the ordering and delivery of new and existing product samples used in creative production and consumer and trade marketing. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, demonstrate great attention to detail, and be able to flourish in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office role so you must be in the Seattle area to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the sample ordering process for marketing, creative, and associated vendors.
• Forecast sample needs for all product launches and seasonal promotions.
• Communicate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams regarding warehoused inventory availability.
• Work closely with domestic and international product warehouses to coordinate and track product orders.
• Manage and track many, concurrent open sample orders with great attention to detail.
• Manage organization and inventory of our physical sample libraries for the marketing and creative teams.
• Facilitate product shipping from our office to influencers, events, and agency partners.
• Understand sample fidelity to ensure appropriate usage of product at various stages of production.
• Partner with appropriate teams to ensure that all samples are accounted for prior to photoshoots, events, etc.
• Manage sample workflow for pre- and post-photography and video production.
• Facilitate unboxing, packing, and shipping samples before and after photoshoots, events, etc.

• Able to lift boxes and items 50+ pounds.
• Fun attitude and sense of humor.
• Must love bears.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting a complex team or process with overlapping priorities and deadlines.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Previous experience working in marketing, creative, or product development is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Smartsheet experience is a plus.

Salary Range

$60,000 - $72,000 annually.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Stanley is a total rewards company, which includes rewards beyond base salary. At Stanley, full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual results.
