Job Description
- Serve as point of contact for field sales representatives to assess field needs and propose problem resolution under Supervisor, SampleIQ Operation’s direction.
- Manage incoming data exceptions identified by the SIQ data validation process.
- Assist in the quarterly reconciliation analysis, and provide feedback and guidance to field sales representatives.
- Coordinate sample accountability processing for terminated sales representatives.
- Work with client’s sample accountability onboarding process for new hires.
- Monitor sample activities and exceptions while advising field sales representatives of PDMA regulations and client specific SOPS.
- Identify and report all suspicious and/or diversionary sampling activity to the client.
- Provide ad hoc sample trending reports under direction of Supervisor, SampleIQ Ops.
- Manage the processing of the Signature Verification Letters.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and quantitative productivity standards.
- Compliance with all personnel policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of three years of equivalent work experience in sample accountability, compliance or related field strongly preferred or at manager’s discretion.
- Experience working and supporting a pharmaceutical sales organization strongly desired.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Microsoft Excel required.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills required.
- Must have demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications and relationship building.
- Must be detail oriented while possessing sound decision-making and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in order to achieve business and customer goals.
- Ability to work independently in a highly dynamic environment and balance multiple priorities efficiently.
