Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Hair Salon Receptionist to join our talented team. As a receptionist at Bottega, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your friendly demeanor, organizational skills, and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our salon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with a warm and welcoming attitude, providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring an efficient and organized booking system.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about our salon services.
• Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics of the reception area and ensure a comfortable environment for clients.
• Process transactions and handle cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately.
• Assist in retail sales of hair products and recommend suitable products to clients.
• Manage and organize salon supplies, including towels, products, and other materials.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills
• Positive and friendly demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of salon services and products is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
