Chromatique is growing and searching for an Assistant Salon Manager to oversee general salon operations, front desk functions, and maintain salon standards. This role is responsible for maintaining and managing salon inventory levels and supplies, within established budgets. The Assistant Salon Manager ensures clients have an elevated experience with scheduling, check-in and check-out, and overall salon aesthetics.
The Assistant Salon Manager is responsible for general salon oversight, management of the front desk operations, and overall client experience. This role is responsible for a variety of tasks, including client support, inventory management and supply orders, and maintaining salon standards. The Assistant Salon Manager is a leader who exemplifies the Chromatique culture, can make decisions, and has a bias for action.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee day to day salon operations to ensure an elevated client experience.
Navigate client concerns and provide prompt resolutions.
Ensure salon operating procedures are being followed (cash handling, cleaning schedule, open/closing duties).
Fulfill and ship online orders weekly.
Operate and maintain inventory management systems.
Training and motivating all new hires in their specific role expectations and company policies.
Maintain accuracy in the Point-of-Sale system.
Execute front desk operations.
Requirements
2+ years of experience working as a Salon Receptionist, Office Manager, or a similar role.
Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Exceptional communication (oral and written) skills.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload for front desk staff
