Qualifications:
- A valid cosmetology or barber license required.
- A passion for the art of hairstyling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivation, energy, and commitment to providing excellent service.
- Previous salon management or leadership experience of at least 1-2 years.
- Available to work during peak customer flow which is weekends and evenings.
