Salon Coordinator/Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to join our team. As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and a proven track record in sales and staff management.

```Responsibilities```
- Manage and supervise salon staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales goals and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering products and supplies
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques

- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

- Experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is highly desirable
