SalaryStephen & Co, a family run hair salon , is looking to fill a part-time Salon Coordinator position. Our ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills, be self-motivated, and able to handle staff, clients and prospective clients with a positive attitude. This position does require computer and phone experience. Evenings and Saturdays are required.
The front desk team is the first and last impression of our clients. We are looking for a responsible, organized and hard-working individual to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Warmly greeting and welcoming clients
-Answering phone calls with a positive and energetic manner
-Scheduling appointments and checking in clients
-Preparing payments for services rendered and handling cash transactions
SKILLS:
-Exceptional customer service and phone skills
-Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
-Team friendly attitude and takes direction well
