Salon Area Manager/Stylist

This position is responsible for managing one salon and 3-5 salon managers according to the Great Clips systems.

Requirements:

• Build realistic plans and manages execution
• Effective leadership skills - recruiting, training, development, motivation, and retention
• Ability to efficiently and effectively problem-solve and make decisions
• Manages the selection, training, assessment and development of high quality managers to assure maximum effectiveness, motivation, and retention
• Great Clips Brand Believer and experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
