Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in our retail environment. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working with customers, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need

- Provide product information and answer any questions customers may have

- Process customer orders and ensure accurate order fulfillment

- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

- Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for increasing sales

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive shopping experience for customers

- Knowledge of roofing products is a plus

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively

- Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and change accurately

- Understanding of retail math concepts such as profit margins and markups

Pay: $60,480.00 - $66,512.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
