We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing/Sales Representative to drive our business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.

- Collaborate with the design and production team to create compelling marketing materials and product presentations.

- Manage sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.

- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing and sales strategies for continuous improvement.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our products and services.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Education requirements maybe overlooked with 6 plus years of verifiable sales experience in the cabinet or closet industry).

- Proven experience in marketing especially using social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram. Photography and/or videography background a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software. Experience with design software is a plus.

- Knowledge of cabinet making or woodworking processes is a plus.
