Sales/Marketing Coordinator

As we continue to expand our service reach throughout the Northeast, we are seeking energetic and responsible team members to join the company to help take our clients’ worry away when disaster strikes. MacFawn Fire & Flood Restoration is currently interviewing for Sales & Marketing Coordinator helping service our clients in their time of need. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for content creation and social media management as well as assisting the sales department with administrative tasks as necessary . This opportunity is based out of the Albany, NY office.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of Company marketing strategy
• Create social media content
• Create blog posts & additional content for marketing/advertising purposes
• Take incoming calls to the main office line, receive and distribute messages and/or guide potential/ current customers to the proper department
• Organize, file and update paperwork within Business Development Department
• Ability to attend networking events with the Business Development team
• Assist in maintenance of the company CRM program
• Send client review requests
• Market and client research
• Potential to assist with client drop by as needed.
• Additional business development responsibilities as requested

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Social Media Marketing: Minimum 1 year of experience
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Experience with website development (Preferred, not required)
• Video or Digital Media Skills (Preferred, not required)
• Creative
• Team-player
• Organized
• Attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
