Overview
To provide Salesforce training and content development assistance in addition to other support to the Training Team.
Responsibilities- Assist with the delivery and facilitation of classroom and/or virtual training for Salesforce.
- Assists with the management of the overall Salesforce training schedules for the organization.
- Create training resources: videos, "how to" guides, templates, eLearning.
- Review and maintain all training materials on a regular basis.
- Proactively stay up to date with Salesforce functionalities and business process/protocols.
- Engage internal colleagues to learn/shadow as needed and ask for the user's input in developing training.
- Responsible for coordination of training materials, room reservations, and meeting maintenance.
- Schedule and manage training sessions in the Team calendar and coordinator with LMS Administrator.
- Send communications to promote classes and provide other pertinent information.
- Serve as producer, as needed, for online virtual learning events.
- Review classes in Articulate and provide feedback.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Some college-level coursework in Human Resources or business-related field preferred
- Previous work experience preferred.

- Strong attention to details and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Articulate or other eLearning platforms a plus)
- Ability to multi-task and remain organized.
