*Schedule: Full-time clinic hours + Call OR Option to work 2, 3, or 4 weeks per month; Please offer your availability
*Patients per Shift: 15
*Hospital/Surgery Privileges are required
*Requirements:
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
- Active, Unrestricted WA license OR IMLC License
- Clean background/malpractice/NPDB
- Clean DEA license
- BLS Certification
- Clinic Hours + Call required
- Surgical Skills
*EMR: Epic
*Skills Required: General Adult Urology, Advanced Endoscopic techniques, Ureteroscopy, TRUS biopsies, ESWL
*Skills Highly Preferred: Percutaneious nephrolithotomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Robotic Surgery, Renal & Bladded u/s with biopsy, Incontinence procedures, Penile prosthesis
*Rate: $250/hour; OT $360/hour; Nightly Call $423.50; 24 hour Call $2850; Call Back $460/hour after 3 hrs gratis
