NexGen is currently seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing UAT scripts and conducting testing to ensure the quality of our Salesforce solutions. In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce development, as this knowledge will be essential in understanding the requirements of the system and in identifying and troubleshooting potential issues. This individual will be required to work closely with members of the NexGen and client teams, including but not limited to, domain experts and developers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Collaborates with the development team to understand the requirements of Salesforce solutions.
Develops and executes UAT scripts to test Salesforce functionality.
Documents and communicates defects and works with the development team to resolve them.
Provides technical guidance to the development team in the areas of Salesforce testing and quality assurance.
Participates in release management activities to ensure that new Salesforce solutions are deployed smoothly.
Continuously improves the QA process by identifying areas of inefficiency and implements improvements.
Stays up to date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality to ensure that our solutions are cutting-edge.
Other duties as assigned.
Technical Skills/Experience:
3+ years of experience in Salesforce testing and quality assurance.
Salesforce development experience is required.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
Experience in writing and executing UAT scripts.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
Desired Skills:
Salesforce certifications such as Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified Salesforce Developer are a plus.
Additional Skills:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Ability to pass background screening prior to employment required.
US Citizenship, or legal permanent residence, or US work authorization with minimum 3 years of continuous US presence is required due to federal contract requirements.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 per year (Dependent on Experience)
