Job Description:

We are looking for someone having good knowledge of Field Service Management (FSM) and having expertise in Salesforce Field Service (SFS) who has designed and implemented Salesforce Field Service (SFS), Salesforce Platform, Integration, Data Management, Apex/Visualforce, and Lightning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Run workshop with customers on Field Service and document the process

2. Design & Build Salesforce Lightning components

3. Perform Impact analysis

4. Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX

5. Should create the technical design from Functional design/Requirement

6. skills and knowledge in designing, configuring, building, and implementing Advanced Field Service. (Service, resource, capacity management, and work order and service appointment scheduling)

7. Implementation Strategies and Design

13. Ability to lead and handle a scrum/agile dev team

14. Collaborate with customers, stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set as well as manage expectations

16. Familiar with source code version management, and code deployment standards
