SalaryResponsibilities:
Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
- Analyze the data dictionary based on the platform needs and create the metadata template.
- Work on service cloud, Design and develop Apex Triggers.
- Configure salesforce using complex apex classes.
- Work on salesforce UI, Develop visualforce pages and controllers.
- Integrate salesforce with third party applications using REST API
- Work on service cloud back office case management like entitlements and milestones.
- Create and develop custom objects, custom fields an per business requirement.
- Conducting meetings with the business teams to guide them in ingesting data into the big data platform.
- Perform data quality checks on the feeds in analytical database.
- Execute SQL queries on Teradata to query American express database for analysis.
