Overview

MaxorPlus has an opportunity for an experience Saleforce Business Project Manager to join our growing pharmacy company. As a key liaison between our business stakeholders and technical teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions. With your expertise in project management and deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards

Responsibilities

 

  • Support 350+ end users and have a keen focus on the user experience.
  • Manage the operational support of the platform. Collaborate with stakeholders and manage customer relations.
  • Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure the organization and processes remain aligned.
  • Deliver top tier Salesforce projects from design & configuration to integration, testing, & training, while managing client communication and expectations
  • Build solid, lasting relationships with clients and Salesforce teams
  • Collect client requirements and advise clients on Salesforce best practices
  • Create Salesforce customized reports and dashboards
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with clients regarding project timeline and deliverables
  • Set and meet project milestones and objectives
  • Produce and communicate internal and external project status reports and maintain all necessary project documentation
  • Partner with the business to customize the Salesforce Health Cloud platform
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful completion within specified timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business requirements
  • Lead client discovery sessions to identify the best solution for the business
  • Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical requirements, and that technical requirements can be traced back to the business needs
  • Effectively identify, document, and manage risks and issues
  • Highly motivated, organized, and a self-starter capable of managing multiple workstreams and high visibility projects
  • Consistently deliver on-time and on-budget deliverables
  • Identify, create and facilitate process designs by conducting business and systems process analysis and design; focusing on business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions with quality and data management.
  • Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
  • Develop process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination; integrating new systems and processes with existing ones; and partnering with IT to ensure solutions and systems meet the long-term business strategies.
  • Provide project level analysis - producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, risk mitigation plans, UAT plan, etc.)
  • Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements and manage alignment with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams across the customer organization to improve processes, results, and customer experience.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation. 
Qualifications

Education:                              Bachelor's degree and 3 years of work-related experience, or Master's degree and 1 year of work-related experience

Experience:                           

  • 5+ years Project Management experience successfully planning, executing and monitoring projects and services.
  • 2+ years Salesforce business / operational project management experience.
  • Experience representing business goals / interests and ensuring they are met, with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders, end users, project leads, Salesforce partners, and technical team members.
  • Proven ability to effectively capture business requirements and lead business requirement discovery sessions.
  • Experience managing UAT and training activities.
  • Change management experience.
  • Experience presenting to a broad stakeholder group and senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Management and communication of project status, budget, and risks/issues/decisions.
  • Salesforce certifications. (preferred)
  • Able to define, oversee, and implement project metrics for scope, schedule, cost, and quality with minimal direction.
  • Experience leveraging data and metrics to help drive decision making.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and demonstrable team building skills.
