Job Summary
Highly skilled professional responsible for bridging the gap between department needs and Southwest Salesforce solutions. As a Tech Ops Salesforce Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders, understand business processes, and leverage your expertise to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities
o Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and requirements.
o Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and translate findings into clear and actionable requirements.
o Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce to configure and customize the platform to meet business needs taking into account Company specifications.
o Collaborate with developers to implement custom solutions when necessary.
o Identify opportunities for system integration and work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
o Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
o Implement and maintain data quality best practices.
o Develop and deliver application documentation to ensure effective support of the platform.
o Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
o May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
o Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
o In-depth knowledge of Salesforce features and capabilities to address complex business requirements.
o Ability to analyze and understand business processes, translating them into clear and concise requirements.
o Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends and provide actionable insights.
o Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, understand their needs, and convey technical information in a user-friendly manner.
o Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
o Adaptability to navigate evolving business requirements and proactively adjust Salesforce solutions accordingly.
Experience
o Required: Expansive and far-reaching knowledge in Salesforce applications.
Licensing/Certification
- Salesforce Business Analyst certification is preferred; additional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Application Architect are a plus.
Physical Abilities
o Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
o Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
o Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job.
Other Qualifications
o Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
o Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
o Must be at least 18 years of age
o Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
