Who We Are
What You'll Do In Role:
- Own the administration and roadmap of Honeycomb’s revenue tech stack, including Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, CPQ, and managing integrations such as LeanData, Clari, Amplemarket, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Qualified, and Gong. You will be the in-house expert on these systems and build a world-class tech stack improving on our existing foundation, provide top-notch support to our teams, design user-friendly systems, and ensure our users are extracting the most value from our tools to ultimately drive more revenue
- Drive all aspects of Salesforce.com administration, development, and support; this includes everything from basic to intermediate to advanced responsibilities spanning user and license management, dashboards and reports, Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, custom formulas, and custom settings and objects
- Spearhead the end-to-end process and change management for new feature and tool rollouts across our tech stack: deliver training for new releases and create comprehensive documentation to our internal users alongside Sales Enablement
- Flawlessly manage our CPQ instance and update flows and order form templates as the business evolves, and work with Finance and Deal Desk to accelerate deals across the finish line
- Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure pristine lead data hygiene and routing (via LeanData) and clean integrations between HubSpot and Salesforce
- Scale our existing Revenue Operations systems capabilities and develop the roadmap for enhancing our revenue tech stack (whether you achieve by custom development or investigating vendors)
- Develop standards for data hygiene alongside revenue leadership and our data team; deep familiarity with leveraging external databases and BI tools to expand the scope of reporting abilities in Salesforce
- Consider tradeoffs between short- and long-term needs; confidently prioritize inbound requests from multiple stakeholders by managing the systems support ticketing queue in Asana, and deliver on longer-term roadmap projects
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years as the primary admin of Salesforce.com and CPQ for fast-growing technology companies; demonstrated capability to be the main revenue tech stack subject matter expert and visionary. You’re a builder at heart and can act autonomously
- Familiarity with marketing automation technology (HubSpot) and integrations between HubSpot and Salesforce
- Deep experience managing broader revenue tech stack (e.g. CPQ, LeanData, Clari, Amplemarket, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Qualified, and Gong) as well as leveraging data from tool integrations in Salesforce reporting
- Superb stakeholder management skills and ability to speak the language of our internal customers (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance)
- DevOps/release management experience; end-to-end management of new feature deployments and enhancements to existing processes
- Required certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Certified CPQ Specialist, Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, HubSpot Marketing Software Certification
