Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in configuring, customizing, optimizing, and leveraging Salesforce to meet company needs and goals. As a Salesforce Administrator at BWF, you will be responsible for overseeing the ongoing management, configuration, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. This role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and translating them into effective solutions. This crucial role will play a key role in serving our team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Act as primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related inquires and support requests from internal users.
  • Collaborate with users to identify needs and create customized solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce features such as custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into sales, marketing, and client engagement performance.
  • Assist in data migration, data cleansing, and data integrity initiatives to ensure accurate and reliable data within the platform.
  • Monitor and manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing settings to ensure data security and access control.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize their understanding and utilization of Salesforce.
  • Stay up to date on Salesforce updates, releases, best practices, and recommended enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as needed to support integrations and advanced features.
  • Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of third-party applications to complement the Salesforce environment.
  • Provide regular reports to management on Salesforce performance, project status, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of excellent customer service and user satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required, including Certinia PSA and FFA.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Previous experience in a professional services company or nonprofit environment is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and administration best practices.
  • Proven ability to create custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and other standard Salesforce functionalities.
  • Experience with data management, including data migration, data cleansing, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with vendor relationships.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users.
  • Proven ability to exercise initiative and independent judgement.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Maintain versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Ability to plan and organize projects with acute attention to detail.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.

Work Environment/Conditions
  • This position can be remote or based in our Minneapolis office (local employees are expected to maintain a hybrid office presence).
  • Position requires ability to work in a stationary position for majority of workday.
  • Continuous use of computer.
  • Frequent communication with team via zoom.
  • This is an exempt position that requires at least 40 hour of work per week but due to the nature of this role, additional hours are required when deadlines need to be met.
  • We strive to provide work/life balance whenever possible but due to the nature of this role, weekend and evening hours are required when deadlines need to be met
  • Overnight travel may be required (up to 10%).

Compensation and Benefits
Annual base salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 based on qualifications and experience.
